Change the way you think about approaching difficult situations...

In a highly engaging workshop, Guest Facilitator Michele Wilke will lead us in understanding conflict situations and offer tools on how to better approach them.

Michele has kindly accepted to lead this topic at our February gathering. President of Velocity Coaching Services (http://www.velocitycoachingservices.com), she brings 26 years of experience in professional coaching and training, with a background in applied behavioral psychology from the Kairos Foundation in San Jose, California. She worked as an academic, cross-cultural management trainer and executive coach in Japan for eight years with companies including IBM Japan, Mitsubishi and Omron. She then trained and coached executives, entrepreneurs, individuals, and continued teaching as an academic in Germany for nine years, working with companies such as BMW, Siemens and Deutsche-Telekom. She moved to Detroit in January 2009, and continues to offer coaching and training to professionals facing rapid transitions in the Midwest . Michele is also passionate about culinary arts!
