Deutsche Schule Metro Detroit

Die Deutsche Schule Metro Detroit bietet Klassen für die Altersgruppe von drei bis acht Jahren an (Stichtag 1. September). Kinder bis zu fünf Jahren können auch in die Musikgruppe einsteigen. Den Eltern steht es frei, dabei zu sein und mit ihren Kindern fröhlich mitzumachen!

Kindergarten wird für Kinder im Alter von drei bis fünf Jahren angeboten. Ab Januar 2007 kam für Fünf- bis Achtjährige die 1. und 2. Stufe hinzu, und ab September 2007 wird die 3. und 4. Stufe im Curriculum folgen. Der Unterricht in deutscher Sprache wird von hochqualifizierten muttersprachlichen Erzieherinnen und Lehrerinnen abgehalten.

Die Deutsche Schule Metro Detroit sieht ihre Hauptaufgabe darin, den Kindern die deutsche Sprache und Kultur ohne Zwang, im Spiel und mit viel Spaß verbunden, näher zu bringen.

Die Gruppen treffen sich einmal wöchentlich am Montagabend. Die Klassen finden von 16:30 Uhr bis 18:15 Uhr statt. Die Musikklassen dauern jeweils 45 Minuten, von 16:30 Uhr bis 17:15 Uhr und von 17:30 Uhr bis 18:15 Uhr.

Tuition:
Musikgarten (für 2-5 Jährige)- $400* annually, $220 per semester
Kindergarten (3-5 Jährige)- $850* annually, $467.50 per semester
Level I and II (6-9 bzw. 10-13 Jährige)- $900* annually, $495.00 per semester
*Tuition paid in full at registration is eligible for a 5% discount

Die Deutsche Sprachschule Bloomfield, Inc. wurde 1982 in Bloomfield Hills gegründet und wird seit 1999 als gemeinnützige Organisation geführt. Zielorientiertes Engagement und effektive Zusammenarbeit vergrößerte die Schule von anfänglich 35 auf über 300 Schüler.
